Returns & Refunds

• To process your request, you must provide clear video proof while opening the package to verify the issue.

• Once we review and approve your request, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited directly to your bank account.

Order Cancellations & Modifications
